During this painful time, we join our clients and community in grieving the death of George Floyd. We believe all individuals have the right to live with dignity, and be treated with respect. Our mission is to help people in our community feel safe, secure, and well. These values inform the work we do every day. George Floyd’s death, as well as the deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, and many more, are a tragic reminder of how far we still have to go. To all those in our South Bronx community who are in pain, please know that we stand with you in solidarity. We honor your voice, and experiences, and we honor George Floyd’s memory.
