Jaquelin Mena

Jacquelin Mena is a Case Worker at Step Up for Better Living (SUBL), a role she has held for approximately two years. Working at STBL has been a deeply rewarding experience, one that has brought her both satisfaction and motivation as she is passionate about supporting the most vulnerable populations in the South Bronx.

As a Bronx resident for nearly 20 years, she feels a natural connection to the community she serves. This personal connection enhances her commitment to uplifting and empowering individuals and families from diverse, multicultural backgrounds. Being able to make a positive impact in the Bronx community she calls home is both an honor and a driving force in her work.
