An 8-Week Nutrition Program
Hosted Every Wednesday Starting April 20 from 11am – 1pm
Cornell University joins us to provide a healthy nutritional program for you and your family. This program provides the right amount of (calories or kilojoules), from foods and drinks to maintain a healthy energy balance.
$25 Western Beef Gift Cards and Metro Cards will be distributed every other session!
