Tutorial Videos Help Desk Documentation & FAQs Shandal Cordewell is a Case Worker at Step Up for Better Living. With a background in Mental Health/Human Services, Shandal has studied at LaGuardia Community College and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

Here at SUBL, she gets the opportunity to assist individuals and families with all of their housing needs, whether it’s applying or recertification for housing benefits. In the South Bronx, there is a great need for affordable housing and here at SUBL, she is able to identify issues impacting the community and create solutions to address the needs of our community.
