From day one, Shabeena brought a quiet determination and an open heart. She helped clients navigate complex challenges like housing insecurity, mental health needs, and substance use issues. Rather than just observe, she jumped in, completing biopsychosocial assessments, participating in client intakes, and deepening her understanding of HIPAA and ethical care.
