She brings a solution-driven, analytical approach to leadership, with a strong focus on efficiency, strategy, and results.
Prior to joining Debevoise, Patricia spent 28 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently serving as a Managing Director and operations leader. Her extensive professional background has shaped her ability to lead complex organizations and support mission-driven work with disciplined execution.
Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University and has been actively involved in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade. She currently serves as a board member of Trucked Out, Inc., and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women.
Patricia joined the Step Up for Better Living board in January 2020. As a property owner, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals and families face in securing affordable housing, deepening her commitment to Step Up’s mission. She is dedicated to leveraging her professional experience to support the organization’s work and the communities it serves.
