Elizabeth Molina serves as Treasurer on Step Up’s Board of Directors. Elizabeth gets satisfaction from helping others. As a young child, she struggled with home and food security so being able to give back to the community means so much to her. She graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS in Economics and currently works as the Executive Director-Market Director at Chase Bank. Elizabeth got into banking because she enjoys being able to impact not only employees but clients. She helps spearhead programs that help with financial literacy or planning, which are important in the quest of reducing food and home insecurity. Elizabeth is inspired by stories of resilience and determination. Her greatest joy comes from seeing a smile or relief in someone’s face and knowing that in a very little way she was a part of lifting a little of the burden. Elizabeth joined the Step Up Board to make a direct impact close to home. Due to my own struggles growing up in the South Bronx, she wants to share her own stories and provide help and hope.
